Cancellation Policy

Please do not schedule any checkrides until you have met all requirements for the checkride being sought. Due to persons scheduling prior to meeting the requirments, this has caused applicants that meet the requirments to have a long wait for a checkride. If a checkride is schduled without requirements being verified, your checkride will be cancelled from the schedule. Only school administrators or applicants flight instructor can schedule checkrides. Any cancellation within 72 hrs. prior to scheduled checkride may be subject to a $500 fee. This includes no shows, as well as not having required documents, including endorsements for the checkride. Once checkride is schedules, please email your written results, if applicable, as well as logbook hours, and required endorsements from authorized instructor. Also, send proof of aircraft airwothiness. (Photos of maintenance entries are fine). IACRA must be completed and signed by authorized instructor no later than 24 hours from checkride start time. Checkride will be removed from the schedule without proof of above requirments within 72 hours from date of scheduled checkride.
